For some reason, the metal clasp always breaks off and I have to go fix it. I think it’s ’cause I probably stuff my purse with too many things. I just find it so damn hard to try to carry only a few essential things…I feel like I need to carry my entire life in my bag because everything seems “essential” to me!

Process of elimination brought me to the following list of items I carry in my bag.

1. makeup pouch
2. cell phone
3. camera
4.  wallet
5. ipod touch with charger
6. planner
7.  checkbook
8. mints
9. keys
10. sunglasses
11. perfume

Don’t those all sound like necessities to you? I need all those things on a daily basis dammit!

I would say the iPod charger is not a necessity. And I rip out a few checks and just put them in my wallet…but you keep track of your purchases, so nvm.

yeah but i have a retractable one and it’s literally lighter than a quarter so taking it out wouldnt do much. =/ I think I’m gonna have to stop using wallets. the wallet and my keys are the heaviest things
